Born from a Need for Comfort
The idea for Wedding Click didn’t start in a studio—it started at a wedding. We watched as a beautiful bride spent her special day constantly adjusting her hijab, feeling hesitant to dance, and looking over her shoulder because the media crew was entirely male.
We realized that for many women in our community, the presence of a camera felt like a barrier rather than a way to preserve a memory. We knew there had to be a better way to capture the joy of a Nikah or the vibrant energy of a Mehndi without compromising on Haya (modesty) or Artistry.
The Sisterhood of Storytellers
In 2025, Wedding Click was founded as a 100% female-led collective. We wanted to create a space where brides could let their hair down—literally—and celebrate with their sisters, mothers, and friends in total privacy.
Our team isn't just "female-staffed"; we are a group of award-winning cinematographers and photographers who understand the nuances of Muslim traditions. We know the exact moment the Qabul Hai is whispered, the tears of a Rukhsati, and the intricate details of a bridal henna design.
